Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied, delighted even, with the services you pay for. If you're not, you can receive a full refund within 30 days of your payment.

Cancellations

We understand that that things happen that might require you to reschedule your coaching appointment.

If you book Debra's time for a coaching session and need to reschedule within 48 hours, you will not have to pay the full session fee, however, you will be charged a $50 short-notice reschedule fee.

There is no cost to rescheduling outside of 48 hours.
